摘  要:乡镇学区内各小学由于其地理位置、教学设施以及教学资源等都存在显著差异,如果各校独立运作,必然呈现无序、凌乱的状态,无法从根本上发挥其整体性功能。因此,如何整合利用区内教育资源,促进区域内各校教育教学质量提升,有效激发学生学习的原动力显得尤为重要。基于此,笔者提出了区域内小学互补联动,融合发展的三条实践路径。There are significant differences in the geographical location,teaching facilities,and teaching resources among primary schools in townships.If each school operates independently,it will inevitably present a disorderly and chaotic state,and cannot fundamentally play its overall functional role.Therefore,it is particularly important to integrate and utilize educational resources within the area,promote the improvement of education and teaching quality in various schools in the region,and effectively stimulate the original motivation for students to learn.Based on this,the author proposed three practical paths for complementary linkage and integrated development of primary schools in the region.
