摘 要:目的 分析2021年吐鲁番市食用农产品及餐饮食品安全监督抽检结果,为市场监督管理部门开展食品监管工作提供科学依据。方法 对2021年吐鲁番市食用农产品及餐饮食品安全监督抽检结果进行数据整理和分析。结果 2021年吐鲁番市抽检食用农产品共255批次,检出不合格样品2批次,总合格率为99.2%;抽检餐饮食品191批次,检出不合格样品5批次,总合格率为97.4%。食用农产品主要存在农药残留超限量和违规使用等问题,餐饮食品主要存在违规使用食品添加剂和食品微生物污染等问题。结论 2021年吐鲁番市食用农产品及餐饮食品安全情况总体良好,但监管部门仍需对此次食品质量抽检中出现的问题予以重视,加强管理职责,确保食品质量安全和人民群众的健康。Objective To analyze the food safety supervision sampling results of edible agricultural products and catering food in Turpan in 2021,provide scientific basis for market supervision and management departments to carry out food supervision.Methods The data on food safety supervision sampling results of edible agricultural products and catering food in Turpan in 2021were sorted out and analyzed.Results In 2021,255 batches of edible agricultural products were sampled in Turpan,and two batches of unqualified samples were detected,with a total qualified rate of 99.2%.191 batches of catering food were sampled and five batches of unqualified samples were detected,with a total qualified rate of 97.4%.The edible agricultural products mainly had problems such as pesticide residues exceeding the limit and illegal use,and the catering food mainly had problems such as illegal use of food additives and food microbial pollution.Conclusion In 2021,the safety of edible agricultural products and catering food in Turpan is generally good.However,the regulatory authorities still need to pay attention to the problems in the food quality sampling inspection,strengthen the management responsibilities,and ensure the food quality safety and the health of the people.
