书院制改革背景下思想政治教育与专业教育的耦合效应研究

摘　　要：现代书院制是新时代学生教育管理和人才培养模式的改革与创新,是现代大学制度的有益探索。书院社区是课堂外最重要的育人阵地,具有思想政治教育的隐性功能。文章从国内高校“双院制”建设现状、问题、特点等入手,从思想引领、队伍建设、机制完善、服务管理等角度出发,提出完善“双院制”协同育人机制的建议,拓宽人才培养和思政教育路径,以实现“育人”与“管理”有效融合和协同,为推动青年大学生成长成才打好坚实基础。The modern academy system is the reform and innovation of students’education management and talent training in the new era,and it is also a beneficial exploration of modern university system.Academy community is the most important field of education outside the classroom.From the perspectives of moral values,team construction,system perfection and service management,this article puts forward the suggestions on“dual-college system”cooperative education,in order to realize the effective integration and collaboration between“education”and“management”,and lay a solid foundation for promoting the growth of young college students.
