摘　　要：教师创新能力是高职院校办学质量和人才培养质量提升的关键所在。该文从创新型人才培养目标阐述了高职教师创新能力的内涵,从教学主体与客体的关系解构了高职教师创新能力的构成要素和影响要素的条件,并从个体因素、环境因素提炼高职教师创新能力提升的路径,以期增强高职青年教师创新的信心和动力。Teachers’innovation ability is the key to the quality of running higher vocational colleges and the improvement of talent training quality.From the goal of innovative talent training,this paper expounds the connotation of the innovation ability of higher vocational teachers.From the relationship between the subject and object of teaching,it deconstructs the constituent elements of higher vocational teachers’innovation ability and the conditions of influential elements.And from individual factors and environmental factors,it refines the path to improve the innovation ability of higher vocational teachers,in order to enhance the confidence and motivation of higher vocational young teachers in innovation.
