摘　　要：目的探讨儿童医疗辅导护士岗位设置的可行性和有效性,为培养和管理儿童医疗辅导护士提供参考。方法制订儿童医疗辅导护士岗位职责和管理制度,遴选、培训儿童医疗辅导护士,考核合格后开展临床儿童医疗辅导。结果2019~2021年开展儿童医疗辅导主题活动15~28次、医疗程序干预15~34次、准备游戏工具包18~32个;至2021年全院已有20个病区开展儿童医疗辅导,有效提高了患儿家长满意度,改善了患儿心理及家长焦虑情绪。结论儿童医疗辅导护士岗位的设置和管理有助于促进儿童医疗辅导服务在临床的开展,从而维护患儿心理健康,降低家长焦虑水平,提升住院患儿家长满意度。Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of creating a child life nurse position,and to provide reference for training and management of child life nurse.Methods We formulated duties and rules for child life nurse,selected and trained nurses to be child life nurse.Then those who passed the examinations provided child life services.Results From 2019 to 2021,the number of activities undertaken by child life nurses was 15-28,and the number of interventions aimed at medical procedures was 15-34.Child life nurses also prepared 18-32 play kits.Twenty wards in the hospital have provided child life services up to 2021,which effectively improved parents′satisfaction,and alleviated children′s stress and parents′anxiety.Conclusion Creation and management of the child life nurse position facilitate the implementation of child life services in clinical practice,thereby maintain children′s psychological health,reduce parents′anxiety,and improve their satisfaction.
