摘 要:目的探讨巴林特小组对改善本科实习护生职场冷漠及共情能力的效果。方法将临床实习的200名本科实习护生随机分为对照组(100例)和试验组(100例)。对照组采用常规实习带教,试验组在常规带教基础上开展巴林特小组活动,每2周1次,连续6次(12周)后评价效果。结果活动后试验组护生职场冷漠评分显著低于对照组,共情能力评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组活动有助于改善本科实习护生职场冷漠状况,提高共情能力,从而树立正确的护理职业观。Objective To evaluate the effects of Balint group approach on improving workplace indifference and empathic abilities among undergraduate nursing interns.Methods Two hundred undergraduate nursing students during clinical practice were rando-mized to a control group of 100 that received usual clinical mentoring,or to an experimental group of 100 that received training based on Balint groups once every two weeks for six sessions(a period of 12 weeks).Results The experimental group had significantly lower score of workplace indifference,but higher empathy score compared with the control group after the intervention(both P<0.05).Conclusion Balint groups can reduce workplace indifference and improve empathic ability of nursing students,thus to enable them to build positive professional value.
