摘 要:在新时代“以就业和需求为导向,以专业建设为宗旨,产教科深度融合”的职业教育理念的指导下,以《儿科护理学》课程教学为切入点,剖析传统课程教学中师资力量短缺薄弱、教学方式单一枯燥和考评方式因循守旧等问题,分析儿科护理教学的专业需求性和社会需求性,并主要从构建教学新模式、变革教学新方法、调整教学新内容、引进教学新技术和完善考评新制度五个方面对课程教学进行改革,建立高素质技能型人才培养目标下“知识-能力-实践”课程教学体系,探索课程建设和人才培养新模式,提高教学质量,构建现代职业院校发展新形态新范式。Under the guidance of the vocational education concept of “Oriented to employment and demand,with the professional construction as the purpose,and deep integration of industry,education and science” in the new era,this article took the course teaching of “Pediatric Nursing” as the starting point to reveals the problems of shortage of teachers,simplex teaching methods and conservative evaluation methods in the traditional curriculum teaching.Then,it analyzed the professional and social needs of pediatric nursing teaching,and reformed the curriculum teaching mainly from five aspects:constructing a new teaching model,changing new teaching methods,adjusting new teaching contents,introducing new teaching technology and perfecting the new evaluation system.As a result,a “knowledge-ability-practice” course teaching system had been established under the training goal of high-quality skilled talents,exploring new models of course construction and talent training,improving teaching quality,and building a new form and new paradigm for the development of modern vocational colleges.
