摘 要:本文对截至2021年底前的南非中文教育发展状况进行了概括性描述,主要包括南非中文教育的整体发展概况,当地语言政策及社会经济因素对其发展的影响与制约,学历体系下的中文教育与非学历体系下的中文教育发展现状,以及中文师资、课程大纲与人才培养标准等方面所存在的问题。本文认为,南非国际中文教育面临的问题应引起两国有关方面的重视,建议通过政府间和民间教育行政部门和学术机构的合作,针对诸如课程标准、师资短缺及本土师资人才培养机制等关键问题提出切实可行的解决方案,促进南非中文教育可持续发展。This paper provides a summary of the development of Chinese education in South Africa up to the end of 2021.It includes an overview of the overall development of Chinese education,the impact and constraints of local language policies and socio-economic factors on its development,the current development of Chinese education under both degree and non-degree systems,and the problems in the shortage of Chinese teachers,curriculum guidelines,and talent cultivation standards.The paper believes that the issues faced by International Chinese Language Education in South Africa should be given attention by both countries.It suggests that through cooperation between governmental and private educational administrative and academic institutions,practical solutions should be proposed for key issues such as curriculum standards,teachers,and a training mechanism for local teachers to promote the sustainable development of Chinese language education in South Africa.
