摘　　要：党的二十大对青年一代提出了殷切希望,号召青年们做有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的好青年。据此四重特质,新时代好青年应该是坚定理想信念的追求者、民族复兴使命的担当者、勇毅拼搏的吃苦者、踔厉前行的奋斗者。理想信念是精神的引领,使命责任是历史的担当,吃苦精神是实践的要求,奋斗品质是素质的支撑,这四个重要特质是新时代青年在新征程中勇挑重担、堪当大任的必备要素。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward ardent hope for the young generation,calling on them to be good young people who have ideals,dare to take responsibility,bear hardships and are willing to struggle.According to the four characteristics,good young people in the new era should be those who firmly pursue their ideals and beliefs,those who bear the mission of national rejuvenation,those who work hard and bravely,and those who strive forward vigorously.Ideals and beliefs are the guidance of the spirit,the mission and responsibility are the responsibility3 l362.8 of history,the spirit of hardship is the requirement of practice,and the quality of struggle is the support of quality.These four important characteristics are the essential elements for the young people in the new era to shoulder the heavy burden bravely and be worthy of great responsibilities in the new journey.
