增稠剂对新拌砂浆流变性能和气泡结构的影响

摘  要:通过研究不同增稠剂对砂浆流变参数及气泡参数的影响,并结合砂浆孔溶液性质的变化,揭示增稠剂对砂浆中气泡分布的影响机理。结果表明,增稠剂显著降低砂浆的流动度,并提高屈服应力和塑性黏度;砂浆的含气量同时受到砂浆塑性黏度和孔溶液表面张力的影响,其中砂浆塑性黏度与增稠剂溶液的黏度呈正相关性;当砂浆塑性黏度调整至接近数值时,具有较大表面张力的增稠剂使砂浆表现出更高的含气量;同一种增稠剂的掺量越大时,砂浆的塑性黏度越高,含气量也有所降低,而孔溶液表面张力较低的增稠剂使砂浆含气量变化幅度较小;气泡的聚并程度与砂浆塑性黏度整体呈线性负相关,采用增稠剂有利于阻碍气泡的聚并。The influence of different viscosity-enhancing admixture(VEA)on the rheological parameters and bubble parameters of mortar was investigated in this study.And the change of the properties of interstitial fluid in mortar was discussed for revealing the mechanism of the influence of VEA on the bubble distribution in mortar.The results show that the VEA significantly reduces the fluidity of mortar,while increases the yield stress and plastic viscosity.The air content of mortar is affected by both the plastic viscosity of mortar and the surface tension of interstitial fluid.The plastic viscosity of mortar is positively correlated with the viscosity of VEA solution.When the plastic viscosity of mortar is similar,the VEA with higher surface tension makes the mortar have higher air content.For the same VEA,the air content of mortar decreases and plastic viscosity increases with the higher dosage of VEA.Whereas,the VEA with lower surface tension of interstitial fluid alleviates the decreasing range of air content of mortar.In addition,the coalescence degree of bubbles is negatively linear with the plastic viscosity of mortar,so that VEA is conducive to preventing the coalescence of bubbles.
