职业院校差异化生均拨款制度优化研究——以内蒙古为例

摘　　要：职业教育前途广阔,大有可为,而经费投入不足是制约职业教育发展的短板。职业教育差异化生均拨款存在制度不健全、标准较低、指标单一、落实力度不足等问题。因此,推进现代职业教育体系构建,落实差异化生均拨款,必须健全经费投入机制,加快制定职业院校学校生均经费标准。Vocational education has a broad and promising future,but the insufficient funding is the biggest shortcoming that restricts the development of vocational education.There are some problems such as imperfect system,low standards,single index,and different implementation.Therefore,promoting the construction of a modern vocational education system and implementing differentiated allocation system must improve the mechanism for allocating funds and accelerate the establishment of standards for funding per students in vocational colleges.
