摘　　要：通过对内蒙地区高职院校国际交流与合作的社会环境分析,发现高职院校在开展国际交流合作过程中的瓶颈问题,并从国际交流合作体系、国际交流合作竞争力、师资队伍建设、生源素质等方面进行研究。高职院校要走上世界舞台,需要强化政府职能,优化战略管理制度,采取积极有效的措施,才能逐步提高高职院校在国际交流合作中的竞争力。By analyzing the social environment of international exchange and cooperation of vocational colleges,the bottleneck problems are found,and the international exchange and cooperation system,the competitiveness,teaching staff building,and the students’quality are studies here.In order to step on the world stage,vocational colleges need to strengthen the government functions,optimize the strategic management system and take active and effective measures to gradually improve its competitiveness in the international exchange and cooperation.
