摘　　要：乡村人才振兴的关键在于培育新型职业农民,促进新型农民职业技能的形成是赋能乡村产业振兴的核心问题。因此,以培训对象动力不足、培训模式构建不全和培训机制亟待完善等困境问题为导向,破解新型职业农民培训的技能瓶颈,实施“文化引领、激发内生动力,项目驱动、赋能产教融合,多元协同、创新联培机制”的培训路径与策略,以期为助力乡村振兴培育本土化、职业化高素质新型农民提供参考。The key to the revitalization of rural talents lies in cultivating new professional farmers,and promoting the formation of new professional skills of farmers is the core issue of enabling rural industry revitalization.Therefore,guided by the difficult problems such as insufficient motivation of the training object,incomplete construction of the training model and urgent improvement of the training mechanism,the skill bottleneck of the training of new professional farmers should be solved,the training path strategy of“culture leading,stimulating endogenous power;project driving,enabling the integration of production and education;multiple collaboration and innovation joint training mechanism”should be implemented.The study will provide reference for helping rural revitalization to cultivate local,professional and high-quality new farmers.
