摘  要:科研与教学是现代大学的两项基本职能,深入贯彻科教融合的办学理念是地方高校提升文科研究生创新能力的重要举措。但当前地方高校存在大量优质科研资源未转化为教学资源、科学研究功利化趋向显著、科教融合的研究生培养方案有待更新、科教冲突的管理制度亟须调整等问题。因此,必须通过提高科研资源转化率、树立以育人为导向的科研观、制定服务于科教融合的研究生培养方案,以及完善科教融合管理制度等路径,来提升文科研究生创新能力。Scientific research and teaching are two basic functions of modern universities,and the in-depth implementation of the concept of integration of science and education is an important initiative for local universities to improve the innovation ability of liberal arts graduates.However,there are many problems in local universities at present,such that a large number of high-quality scientific research resources have not been transformed into teaching resources,the utilitarian trend of scientific research is obvious,the postgraduate training program of integration of science and education needs to be updated,and the management system of science and education conflict needs to be adjusted urgently,etc.It is necessary to improve the innovation ability of liberal arts graduates by improving the conversion rate of scientific research resources,establishing an education-oriented view of scientific research,formulating a postgraduate training program that serves integration of science and education,and improving the management system of integration of science and education.
