摘 要:大学生责任感是作为主体的大学生对自身职责与使命的一种自觉意识和情感态度,是大学生道德品质与人格素质的组成部分,可以由低到高划分为自我责任感、他者责任感和社会责任感三个层次。运用修正的“大五人格量表(尽责性维度)”对全国3446名“00后”大学生展开调研后发现:在整体样态上,“00后”大学生具备较强的自我责任感、他者责任感和社会责任感,其中对他者责任的自觉性最高;在具体维度上,部分“00后”大学生存在“自控力”薄弱、“知行脱节”的矛盾以及“躲避崇高”等问题。为全面增强“00后”大学生的责任自觉,高校应以社会主义核心价值观引领大学生提升责任境界,立足群体差异打造分层次的责任感培育模式,基于知行合一理念构建制度化的社会实践体系,以期促进“00后”大学生责任认知与履责行动的统一。The sense of responsibility of college students represents a conscious awareness and emotional attitude of college students as the main body to their own responsibilities and missions.It is an integral part of college students'moral quality and personality quality.It can be divided into three levels from low to high:self-responsibility,other-responsibility and social responsibility.Using the revised“Big Five Personality Scale(Conscientiousness Dimension)”to conduct a survey on 3446“Post-00s”college students across the country,it was found that“Post-00s”college students have a strong sense of self-responsibility,responsibility for others and social responsibility,among which the consciousness of responsibility for others is the highest on the whole.In terms of specific dimensions,some“Post-00s”college students have problems such as weak“self-control”“disconnection between knowledge and action”and“avoiding the sublime”.In order to comprehensively enhance the responsibility consciousness of“Post-00s”college students,colleges and universities should lead the improvement of college students'responsibility realm with socialist core values,build a hierarchical responsibility cultivation model based on group differences,and build an institutionalized social practice system based on the concept of the unity of knowledge and action,so as to promote the unity of“Post-00s”college students'responsibility cognition and responsibility performance actions.
