摘 要:高职院校普遍实施班助制度。随着新时期学生特点的变化,应用完善的选拔机制、构建优良的班助队伍对新生班级管理具有重要的意义。设计问卷,采用五级李克特量表评分机制,以浙江交通职业技术学院800余名学生为调查对象,得出班助总体满意度及各内容维度的评分均较高。但通过访谈发现,学生对于当前的班助选拔流程及方法存疑较为普遍。基于上述原因,在满意度评价维度分析的基础上,结合访谈调研,提出班助选拔机制构建与完善的有效路径,以满足班助制度实施的新要求。The head teacher assistant system is commonly implemented in higher vocational colleges.With the changes in the characteristics of students in the new period,the application of a perfect selection mechanism and constructing an excellent head teacher assistant team are of great significance to the management of freshmen classes.A questionnaire was designed and a five-level Likert scale rating mechanism was adopted.The survey was conducted with over 800 students in Zhejiang Institute of Communications.It was found that the overall satisfaction of head teacher assistants and the ratings of each content dimension were all high.However,the interviews revealed that students had doubts about the current process and method of selecting head teacher assistants.For these reasons,it is important to assess the satisfaction level of the head teacher assistants in each dimension.Based on the analysis of the satisfaction evaluation dimensions and the interviews,an effective way to construct and improve the selection mechanism of head teacher assistants is proposed in order to meet the new requirements of the head teacher assistant system.
