从本土化视角看加拿大BC省K-12《中文课程大纲》

摘　　要：各国中文本土化教学大纲在实现海外中文教育本土化方面起着举足轻重的作用。加拿大BC省基础教育阶段的中文教育本土化发展较为成熟,其《中文课程大纲》对于大纲编制工作的合理安排、对主流课程模式的应用和注重与当地基础教育理念相融合等做法或可为海外中文教学大纲编制提供参考。其本土化特点有助于我们认清中文母语国的职责,如可通过搭建海内外教师、学者协同研究平台、提供教学资源服务、推动《等级标准》跟当地学业评价挂钩等方式支持当地中文教学。The national Chinese localization syllabus plays an important role in the localization of overseas Chinese education. The localization of Chinese education in BC,Canada is relatively mature. The way how to orgnize writers of the Syllabus,the application of the mainstream curriculum model and the integration with the local basic education objectives in the Chinese Syllabus may provide references for the compilation of overseas Chinese syllabus. Its localization characteristics help us to understand the local responsibility of China. For example, we can build collaborative research platforms for scholars and teachers at home and abroad, provide teaching resource services,and link local Chinese teaching with Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards.
