摘  要:非智力因素是智育的重要组成部分,对大学生实现全面成长成才起着重要作用。建议成立本科生导师工作组,形成多维度多层次的合力之势,构建本科生导师组“会诊模式”,是提升学生非智力因素的有效途径,即以本科生班级导师制为基石增进学生情感交流,以本科生科研导师制为核心提升学生学习动机,以本科生社团导师制为依托培养学生兴趣爱好,以本科生心理导师制为保障完善学生性格个性,以本科生实践导师制为支撑塑造学生坚强意志。高校应加强相关配套措施建设,为全面提升大学生非智力因素提供制度保障,提高人才培养质量。As an important part of intellectual education,non-intellectual factors play an important role in the overall growth of undergraduate.It is suggested to establish a group of undergraduate tutors to improve student'non-intellectual factors based on consultation mode.Undergraduate class mentorship is the cornerstone to enhance students' emotional communication;undergraduate research mentorship is the core to improve students' learning motivation,undergraduate community mentorship is the basis to cultivate students' interests;undergraduate psychological mentorship is the guarantee to improve students' personality,and undergraduate practice mentorship is the support to build students' strong will.Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of relevant supporting measures to provide institutional guarantee for the comprehensive enhancement of non-intellectual factors of college students and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
