摘 要:随着医学知识的飞速更新,医学教育存在脱离实际地灌输知识,教学模式与教学方法落后,课堂枯燥无味、学生参与性差,教学效率低的问题,不利于学生临床思维、发现问题能力和解决问题能力的培养,已不能胜任培养优秀医学生的使命。为充分突出学生在教学中的主体作用,解决理论与实践脱节的问题,将BOPPPS教学模式下的翻转课堂引入呼吸科临床教学。文章首先分析了BOPPPS教学模式下翻转课堂在呼吸科教学的可行性和必要性,其次以胸部体格检查为例进行教学设计,介绍了构建BOPPPS下翻转课堂教学的模式,最后对该教学模式在呼吸科临床教学中的应用及其效果进行探讨。实践证明,BOPPPS教学模式下的翻转课堂可有效提高课堂效果,激发学生学习热情,提高学生自主学习能力。With the rapid renewal of medical knowledge,medical education instills knowledge out of practice,the teaching mode and teaching method are backward,the classroom is boring,students'participation is poor,and the teaching efficiency is low.It is not conducive to the cultivation of students'clinical thinking,problem finding ability and problem-solving ability,and is not competent for the mission of cultivating excellent medical students.In order to make full use of students’main role in teaching,solve the problem of the disconnection between theory and practice,apply flipped classroom based on BOPPPS teaching model in respiratory medicine clinical teaching.This paper firstly analyzes the feasibility and necessity of respiratory medicine education based on the flip classroom which is based on BOPPPS teaching model.Then,it takes the course of chest physical examination as an example,in order to introduce the teaching model of the flipped classroom based on BOPPPS teaching model.Finally,it discusses the application and effects of the flipped classroom based on the BOPPPS teaching model.Practice has proved that flipped classroom based on BOPPPS teaching model can improve the quality and effect of classroom teaching,stimulate students’learning motivation and interest and improve autonomous learning ability.
