摘  要:消化系统疾病学是一门重要的临床医学主干课程,研究生教学是医学教育中至关重要的一环。消化内科重视研究生的培养,不断探索有效的教学方法、开展新的教学模式,为培养优秀的研究生提供新思路。文献报告会教学模式的核心是学习某一专业领域的最新文献,获取学科前沿最新资讯,通过联合病例分析,可以使前沿资讯与临床病例有机结合,让学生在紧跟最新研究的同时提高解决临床问题的能力。将文献报告会结合病例分析教学法应用到消化内科临床专业型研究生的培养中,有利于培养学生自主学习的习惯及临床思维,增加学生从事临床的兴趣。在开展此教学模式的过程中也发现了一些问题,将在日后的探索中不断完善。Digestive diseases is an important main course of clinical medicine,and postgraduate teaching is a crucial part of medical education.The department of gastroenterology attaches great importance to the training of graduate students,and constantly explores effective teaching methods and develops new teaching models to provide new ideas for cultivating excellent graduate students.The core of the journal club teaching model is to learn the latest literature in a certain professional field and obtain the latest information in the forefront of the discipline.Through joint case analysis,we can organically combine cutting-edge information with clinical cases,enable students to improve their ability to solve clinical problems while keeping up with the latest research.Therefore,the application of literature report combined with case analysis teaching method to the training of clinical professional graduate students in the department of gastroenterology is helpful to cultivate students'habit of autonomous learning and clinical thinking,and increase students'interest in clinical practice.Some problems have been found in the process of carrying out this teaching model,which will be continuously improved in the future exploration.
