摘 要:目的探讨课程思政背景下地方综合性大学三全协同培育医学生“立德”和“携仁”的实践效果。方法2020年9月—2021年6月选取佳木斯大学临床医学院2020级200名医学生作为观察组,2019年9月—2020年6月选取本校2019级200名医学生作为对照组。对照组医学生接受常规的教育方法,观察组医学生给予课程思政背景下的三全协同培育模式,比较两组医学生对课程思政的认知和课程教学质量,评价三全协同培育的临床实践价值。结果观察组医学生对课程思政的认知程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的课堂教学质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在课程思政背景下地方综合性大学对医学生开展三全协同培育能够提高学生对课程思政的认知程度,也可达到改善课堂教学质量的效果,对“立德”“携仁”形成了积极保障。Objective To explore the practical effect of the three-whole cooperative cultivation of medical students'"morality"and"benevolence"in local comprehensive universities under the background of curriculum ideology and politics.Methods From September 2020 to June 2021,200 medical students of Grade 2020 from Jiamusi University School of Clinical Medicine were selected as the observation group.From September 2019 to June 2020,200 medical students from Jiamusi Univeresity in 2019 were selected as the control group.The medical students in the control group were taught with the conventional education method,and the medical students in the observation group were taught with the three-whole collaborative cultivation mode under the ideological and political background of the curriculum.The cognition of the two groups of medical students on the ideological and political curriculum and the teaching quality of the curriculum were compared,and the clinical practice value of the three-whole collaborative cultivation was evaluated.Results The cognitive degree of medical students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of classroom teaching quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of ideological and political education in the curriculum,local comprehensive universities carry out coordinated cultivation of medical students can improve students'cognition of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and also achieve the effect of improving the quality of classroom teaching,which has formed a positive guarantee for"morality"and"carrying benevolence".
