高效液相法测定食品中脱氢乙酸的含量

摘　　要：本文建立一种快速测定食品中脱氢乙酸的方法。该方法用水直接提取,乙酸锌和亚铁氰化钾除去杂质,通过超高效液相色谱仪-紫外检测器测定,使用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18柱子分离,流动相甲醇+0.02 mol/L乙酸铵,外标法定量该方法5种物质的检出限为1.8 mg/kg,定量限为6.0 mg/kg。To establish a method for the determination of dehydroacetic acid in food,the method was directly extracted with water,and impurities were removed by zinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide.The impurities were determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-ULTRAVIOLET detector,separated by Agilent Eclipse Plus C18,mobile phase methanol:0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate,and quantified by external standard method.The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 1.8 mg/kg and 6.0 mg/kg,respectively.
