体教融合背景下社会体育组织参与学校体育的价值、困境和路径

摘　　要：体教融合为社会体育组织参与学校体育创造了良好机遇,基于体教融合时代背景,探讨社会体育组织参与学校体育的价值、困境与路径。社会体育组织参与学校体育的价值体现为丰富学校体育活动,增进学生身体健康;弥补师资力量短缺,完善教师队伍建设;构建新型协同关系,提高行政服务效能;提供持续发展动力,发挥公共服务优势。社会体育组织参与学校体育的困境为缺少顶层规划设计,参与机制不够健全;增加学校管理负担,缺少监督评估办法;组织分布不够平衡,自身能力有待提升,体育价值观念差异,体育育人效果欠佳。提出社会体育组织参与学校体育的路径:加快顶层设计,健全参与机制;健全保障体系,制定评估办法;增强自身能力,提供优质服务;观念交流互补,提高育人效果。The integration of sports and education has created a good opportunity for social sports organizations to participate in school sports.Based on the background of the era of integration of sports and education,the value,dilemma and path of social sports organizations’participation in school sports are explored.The paper concludes that the value of social sports organizations’participation in school sports is reflected in enriching school sports activities and improving students’physical health,making up for the shortage of teachers and improving the construction of teachers’teams,building new synergy relationships and improving the effectiveness of administrative services,and providing sustainable development momentum and bringing into play the advantages of public services.The dilemmas of social sports organizations’participation in school sports are the lack of top-level planning and design,the lack of sound participation mechanism,the increase of school management burden,the lack of supervision and evaluation methods,the lack of balanced distribution of organizations,the lack of perfection of their own capacity,the difference of sports values,and the poor effect of sports education.The path of social sports organizations’participation in school sports is proposed as accelerating top-level design,improving participation mechanism,improving guarantee system,developing assessment methods,providing quality services,and exchanging concepts.
