摘　　要：全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革正在孕育,世界经济格局深刻调整,标准化在贸易往来、支撑产业发展、促进科技进步和人才培养国际化上的意义更加凸显。新《职业教育法》的出台,标志着中国开始进入职业教育高质量发展和建设技能型社会的新阶段。构建现代职业教育标准体系是职业教育内涵发展的根本保障,因此,必须加大国家职业教育标准制定,加强专业教学标准国际输出,构建开放型国际化职业教育标准体系,推动“一带一路”沿线国家教育领域互联互通,优化职业教育对外合作交流机制。在“引进来”和“走出去”中不断实现“再提升”,打造中国特色职业教育品牌,为国际职教发展贡献“中国方案”。A new round of global technological revolution and industrial transformation is brewing,and the world economic landscape is undergoing profound adjustments.The significance of standardization in trade exchanges,supporting industrial development,promoting technological progress,and internationalizing talent cultivation is becoming more prominent.The introduction of the new Vocational Education Law marks the beginning of a new stage in China's high-quality development of vocational education and the construction of a skilled society.Building a modern vocational education standard system is the fundamental guarantee for the development of vocational education connotation.Therefore,we must increase the formulation of national vocational education standards,strengthen the international export of professional teaching standards,build an open international vocational education standard system,promote the interconnection of education fields in countries along the“the Belt and Road”,and optimize the foreign cooperation and exchange mechanism of vocational education.Continuously achieving“further improvement”through“bringing in”and“going out”,creating a Chinese characteristic vocational education brand,and contributing to the development of international vocational education with the“China Plan”.
