摘　　要：现代学徒制是当今职业教育改革的一个重要发展趋势,而学生职业精神的培养影响着学生就业后的职业幸福感与职业价值感,是现代职业教育中一个重要主题。现代学徒制模式下酒店管理专业学生职业精神的培养,不但能够满足酒店管理的人才需求,还能全面提升酒店管理专业学生的职业素养、专业能力、社会能力,为其今后就业和创新能力的提升奠定基础。The modern apprenticeship system is an important development trend in today's vocational education reform,and the cultivation of students'professional spirit affects their sense of career happiness and value after employment.It is an important theme in modern vocational education.The cultivation of professional spirit among hotel management students under the modern apprenticeship system can not only meet the talent needs of hotel management,but also comprehensively enhance the professional literacy,professional abilities,and social abilities of hotel management students,laying a foundation for their future employment and innovation abilities.
