摘 要:中华优秀传统文化蕴含着丰富的民族精神与家国情怀,将传统文化的优秀精神融入高校思想政治教育工作,不仅能推动优秀传统文化的“再传承”与“再创新”,还能充分体现学生—文化—教学三重维度的时代价值。中华优秀传统文化与高校思想政治教育工作在基本目标、核心内容与方式方法三个层面都存在高度契合性,为二者的融合提供了现实基础。有鉴于此,提出具体融合路径:在理想信念层面上,要以马克思主义指导思想为“融入”的基本前提;在师资队伍层面上,要以建设高质量师资队伍为“融入”的重要基础;在体系建设层面上,要以构建科学性课程体系为“融入”的关键举措。The excellent traditional Chinese culture contains rich national spirit and feelings of home and country.Integrating the excellent spirit of traditional culture into the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities not only promotes the“re-inheritance”and“re-innovation”of the excellent traditional culture,but also fully reflects the value of the times of the three dimensions of student,culture and teaching.There is a high degree of compatibility between the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the ideological and political education work in universities at three levels:basic goals,core content,and methods,which provides a practical basis for the integration of the two.In view of this,the specific integration path is proposed:at the level of ideals and beliefs,the basic premise of“integration”should be the guiding ideology of Marxism.At the level of teaching staff,we should take the construction of high-quality teaching staff as the important basis for“integration”.At the level of system construction,we should take the construction of scientific curriculum system as the key measure of“integration”.
