摘 要:利用非离子表面活性剂AEO-9与纤维素酶进行复配,分析二者间的相互作用,并对苯乙烯进行乳化,系统研究了纤维素酶用量、超声时间、介质pH、电解质用量等对苯乙烯乳化性能的影响。结果表明:在纤维素酶用量为5%(对AEO-9质量)、超声时间15 min、pH 5~6时可以获得较好的乳化效果;电解质NaCl的加入,将导致苯乙烯的乳化性能显著变差。The non-ionic surfactant AEO-9 and cellulase were mixed to analyze their interaction,and then the adhesive monomer styrene was emulsified by this mixture.The effects of cellulase dosage,ultrasonic time,medium pH,electrolyte dosage on the emulsification performance of styrene were systematically studied.The results showed that when the cellulase dosage was 5%(to the mass of AEO-9),the ultrasonic time was 10 min,and the pH was 5~6,a good emulsification effect could be obtained.The addition of electrolyte NaCl would lead to a significant deterioration in the emulsification performance of styrene.
