摘　　要：针对目前香菇菌棒集约化、设施化生产各环节缺乏操作规范的产业问题,通过多年、多点、多平台技术研发、参数优化及产业化应用,形成了香菇菌棒集约化生产技术规程。该技术规程在现有国家和行业标准的基础上,进一步规范和涵盖了菌棒集约化生产过程中的厂区选址及布局、设施设备、品种选择、栽培基质、料棒制作、灭菌、冷却、接种、菌棒培养、菌棒贮存等环节的作业技术要求及香菇菌棒集约化生产模式的核心技术,并针对菌棒制作过程出现的微孔、胀袋、灭菌不彻底、污染等问题提出了相应对策。该研究可为促进适合我国现阶段香菇生产模式的转型升级提供技术支撑。A rechnical regulation for intensive production of Xianggu(Lentinula edodes)artifical bed-log has been formed to solve the industrial shortage of standardized operating procedures for all links of intensive and facility-based production of Xianggu artifical bed-log after years of multi-point and multi-platform technology research and development,parameter optimization and industrial application.The rechnical regulation is in compliance with the national and industrial standards.It covers the operation technical requirements of production links such as factory location selection and layout,facilities and equipment,variety selection,cultivation substrate,bed-log processing,bed-log sterilization and cooling,inoculation,bed-log culture and management,artifical bed-log storage,as well as the core technology of the intensive production mode for artifical bed-log.It specifies corresponding countermeasures against the micropores,bulging bags,incomplete sterilization,contamination,and other problems occur in the production process of artifical bed-log.The technical regulation provides technological support for the transformation and upgrading of Xianggu production mode and promotes its suitability for the current developmental stage in China.
