高职医学生大学适应、心理弹性现状及其关系研究

摘　　要：以2139名高职医学生为调查对象,采用中国大学生适应量表、心理弹性量表进行调查,并对调查结果进行了统计分析,由此了解当前高职医学生的大学适应和心理弹性现状,探讨心理弹性对大学适应的影响。通过调查研究的结果分析,各高校应高度关注大学生的心理状况,探索增强大学生心理弹性的有效途径,进而提升大学生心理健康水平。This research selects 2139 medical students in higher vocational college as subjects,take random samples and collect data by CCSAS and CD-RISC questionnaires with the purpose to use empirical method to know the current situation of mental resilience and adjustment to college of medical students in higher vocational college so as to have a discussion about the influence of mental resilience on adjustment to college.Through analysis of the results,it is concluded that higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to the mental health of college students,explore effective ways to enhance college students'mental resilience and accordingly increase their mental health level.
