点胶机运动误差的测量与补偿方法

摘  要:针对影响点胶机点胶精度的主要因素——机械运动误差,介绍了目前应用最广的测量方法是激光干涉仪测量;给出了这种运动误差的补偿方法,即采用激光干涉仪测出若干个目标位置和实际位置的对应关系,再用线性插值法得出行程范围内任意点的对应关系,从而得出任意点的补偿值;经过实际验证,该方法可大幅提高运动精度。In view of the mechanical motion error which is the main factor affecting the dispensing accuracy of dispensing machine.Currently,introduoes that the most widely used measurement method for this error is laser interferometer measurement.A compensation method for motion error is presented,which uses a laser interferometer to measure the corresponding relationship between several target positions and actual positions,and then uses linear interpolation to obtain the corresponding relationship of any point within the stroke range,thereby obtaining the compensation value for any point.After practical verification,this method can indeed significantly improve the motion accuracy.
