摘 要:康德的“人为自然立法”是指康德为回应休谟的怀疑论,以人的主体能动性,赋予认识对象即认识客体以主体的意义,使认识主体具有了客体的性质,颠覆了传统理性主义认识论客观符合主观以及经验认识论主观符合客观的认识理路,创立了新的主体符合客体的认识论的新体系。康德的这一重大理论创新,对我国当下教育研究方法论具有重要的启示:一是对教育研究中的理论假设和应然理论框架,起到了方法论的支撑作用;二是对如何综合时下实证研究方法与思辨研究方法从而形成一种新的混合研究方法,以取得更好的研究效果提供了启示;三是对解决当下我国教育研究中理论创新动力、能力和方法不足,推动教育研究的重大理论创新也具有重要的作用。Kantʼs“Establishing Law for Nature by Man”refers to Kant’s response to Hume’s skepticism,giving the cognitive object the meaning of subject with the initiative of human subject,making the cognitive subject have the nature of the object,subverting the cognitive thinking that the objective of the traditional rationalist epistemology conforms to the subjective and the subjective of the empirical epistemology conforms to the objective.A new epistemological system in which the subject conforms to the object is established.This important theoretical innovation of Kant has important enlightenment to China’s current educational research methodology:First,it plays a methodological supporting role in the theoretical hypothesis and should be theoretical framework made in educational research;Second,it is of great significance to reconcile the current empirical research methods with speculative research methods,so as to form a new mixed research method in order to achieve better research results;Third,it also plays an important role in solving the lack of theoretical innovation power,ability and methods in Chinaʼs educational research,and promoting the major theoretical innovation of educational research.
