摘 要:研究低温冷榨法、超临界CO_(2)萃取法和有机溶剂浸出法3种不同提油方法对接骨木籽油提取率、理化指标、脂肪酸组成、维E和油脂氧化稳定性的影响。结果表明,3种提油方法中,提取率最高的是超临界CO_(2)萃取法(80.9%),提油率最低的是低温冷榨法(73.2%)。低温冷榨法和有机溶剂浸出法出油的酸价和过氧化值均明显低于超临界CO_(2)萃取法,这2种方法出油的氧化稳定性也明显优于后者。维E的含量排序为超临界CO_(2)萃取法>有机溶剂浸出法>低温冷榨法,各方法提取的接骨木籽油中脂肪酸组成没有显著差异。The effects of low temperature cold pressing,supercritical CO_(2)extraction and organic solvent extraction on the extraction rate,physical and chemical indexes,fatty acid composition,vitamin E and oil oxidation stability of elderberry seed oil were studied.The results showed that among the three oil extraction methods,the supercritical CO_(2)extraction method had the highest extraction rate(80.9%),and the low temperature cold pressing method(73.2%).The acid value and peroxide value of oil extracted by low temperature cold pressing method and organic solvent extraction method were significantly lower than those by supercritical CO_(2)extraction method,and their oil oxidation stability was also significantly better than the latter.The order of vitamin E content was supercritical CO_(2)extraction>organic solvent extraction>low temperature cold pressing.There was no significant difference in fatty acid composition of elderberry seed oil extracted by each method.
