摘  要:当前,产业对创新人才的需求与日俱增,MEM硕士作为新兴的专业学位教育的受益者,势必要加强其创新能力培养,以满足社会对人才质量的要求.在分析MEM硕士生创新能力基础上,基于SECI模型从知识获取、知识传导、知识吸收、知识应用4个过程,提出对MEM硕士生创新能力的培养路径,并根据每个阶段所需构造的“场”及其特点,提出创新能力培养的实现方法,以期为MEM硕士研究生创新能力的培养提供参考.The demand for innovative talents in various industries is increasing in the context of the current new normal of Chinese economy,As the beneficiaries of the emerging professional degree education,MEM masters are bound to strengthen the cultivation of their innovative ability to meet the requirements of the society on the quality of talents.Based on the analysis of MEM master students'innovation abilities,A new concept is proposed to develop MEM master students'innovation abilities in this paper,which is based on SECI model training from the four processes of knowledge acquisition,knowledge transmission,knowledge absorption and knowledge application.The implementation strategies of innovation abilities training are introduced according to the"Ba"and its characteristics that need to be constructed in each stage.The paper presents guidance and practical reference for MEM master students'innovation abilities training.
