摘　　要：随着餐饮消费模式和理念的逐渐多样化,预制食品已经成为越来越多人的新饮食选择。在方便快捷的同时又注重了营养以及食品安全性。文中主要就预制食品国内发展现状、行业政策环境以及未来的发展趋势展开论述,以期为预制食品的应用发展提供新思路。Due to the gradual diversification of national food consumption forms and concepts,prepared foods have become a new dietary choice for more people,focusing on nutrition and food safety while being conven-ient and fast.In this paper,we discuss the current situation of the domestic progress of prepared foods,the policy environment of the industry and the future development trend,with a view to providing new ideas for the development of the application of prepared foods.
