摘 要:新毕业护士由于理论与实践之间的差距,在转变为胜任护士的过程中会经历转型冲击,而转型冲击过高则会导致其离职率升高、工作满意度下降,甚至会影响到患者安全。文章对新毕业护士转型冲击的理论基础、测量工具、影响因素、负面结局及干预措施进行综述,旨在提高护理管理者对新毕业护士转型冲击的重视和了解程度,帮助其更好地培养和留住护理人才,并且为今后相关领域的研究提供参考和建议。Transition shock for newly graduated nurses is a disturbing experience resulting from a gap between theory and practice.The high transition shock of newly graduated nurses will lead to an increase in their turnover rate,a decline in job satisfaction and quality of work life,and even affect patient safety.This article reviews the theoretical basis,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures of transition shock of newly graduated nurses.We aim to improve the attention of nursing managers to the transition shock of newly graduated nurses,help them better train and retain nursing talents,and provide references and suggestions for future research in related fields.
