摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学生成长成才的引路人。文章从政治素质、道德品质、知识素养、能力素养、个人特质分析了应用型本科高校辅导员的胜任力特质,从辅导员的选聘、培训和考核三个方面分析了辅导员胜任力培养的现状,找出其中存在的问题,结合应用型本科高校辅导员的胜任力特质,提出应用型本科高校辅导员胜任力培养的对策。Counselors are the guides for college students to grow into talents.This paper analyzes the competency characteristics of applied undergraduate college counselors from political quality,moral quality,knowledge quality,ability quality and personal characteristics,and analyzes the current situation of counselor competency training from three aspects:counselor selection,training and assessment,to find out the existing problems.Combined with the competence characteristics of applied undergraduate college counselors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the competence cultivation of applied undergraduate counselors.
