摘  要:本试验旨在通过高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)肠道菌群移植(Fecal microbiota transplantation,FMT)方式改善高原低压、低氧导致的大鼠肠道菌群失调,并探索菌群移植对大鼠肺动脉高压及其生长性能的影响。将生活在海拔3200 m的高原鼠兔肠道菌群移植到Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠体内,然后转移SD大鼠至低压氧舱(模拟6000 m海拔)中饲养30 d,再进行肺动脉压肠道菌群等指标检测。结果显示FMT可显著降低SD大鼠的平均肺动脉压(mPAP),提高SD大鼠的日增重,并且降低大鼠的日采食量。16S rRNA测序结果表明,移植组大鼠肠道菌群变化显著,特别是毛螺菌科(Lachnospiraceae)和脱硫弧菌科(Desulfovibrionaceae)。综上所述,高原鼠兔对SD大鼠的菌群移植有效地改变了大鼠的肠道菌群组成,降低了肺动脉压,且改善了大鼠的生长性能。At high altitudes,low air pressure and oxygen levels can negatively impact the gut microbiome,leading to systemic inflammation and increased vulnerability to disease.To explore the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)on pulmonary hypertension and growth and development,we transplanted gut microbes from Ochotona Curzoniae,a small mammal that lives in the Tibetan plateau at 3200m,into Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats.We then placed the rats in a hypobaric chamber at an altitude of 6000m for 30 days and measured various parameters.Our findings revealed that FMT significantly decreased mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP),increased daily weight gain,and reduced feed intake in SD rats.Furthermore,the 16S rRNA analysis showed notable changes in the gut microbiota of the transplanted rats,particularly in the Lachnospiraceae and Desulfovibrionaceae families.This study demonstrates the efficacy of gut microbiome manipulation via FMT in reducing pulmonary artery pressure and improving growth and development in rats.Moreover,this approach has promising implications for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)and enhancing adaptability to high altitudes in livestock breeding.
