摘 要:利用顶空固相微萃取–气相色谱–质谱联用技术(HS-SPME/GC-MS)对一种新型水性涂料的挥发性成分进行研究,采用100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为萃取头,在50℃下顶空吸附20 min,于进样口250℃下解吸2 min后进行GC-MS测定,并以峰面积归一化法定量分析。结果表明:该水性涂料中共鉴定出15种挥发性成分,占总峰面积的97.57%,其中包含5种苯系物(1.47%)、1种醛类物质(0.41%)、2种醚类物质(1.60%)、6种酯类物质(92.88%)、1种酸类物质(1.21%)等。该方法无需溶剂和复杂装置,操作条件简单,其萃取纤维头对VOCs吸附和后期进样解吸的有效性高,可直接进行GC-MS分析。The volatile components of a new kind of waterborne coatings were studied by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME/GC-MS)with 100μm polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as the extraction head.The head was adsorbed in headspace at 50℃for 20 min,and then detected in GC-MS by desorption at 250℃for 2 min.The peak area normalization method was used to quantitatively analyze the volatile substances.The results show that 15 volatile components were detected from waterborne coatings,accounting for 97.57%of the total peak area and including 5 benzene homologues(1.47%),1 aldehyde(0.41%),2 ethers(1.60%),6 esters(92.88%)and 1 acid(1.21%).The method does not require any solvent and complex device,and the operating conditions are simple.The extraction fiber head has high efficiency in VOCs adsorption and later-stage sample desorption,and GC-MS analysis can be carried out directly.
