摘  要:以心理契约理论和社会认知理论为基础,越轨创新和心理契约履行为中介,采用问卷调查法实证分析证明目标导向对酒店员工隐性知识共享意愿的影响机制。结果表明:证明目标导向对隐性知识共享意愿有显著正向影响;越轨创新和心理契约履行在证明目标导向与隐性知识共享意愿间分别发挥部分中介作用;越轨创新和心理契约履行在证明目标导向与隐性知识共享意愿间具有链式中介作用。Based on psychological contract theory and social cognition theory,this study regards the bootleg innovation and psy⁃chological contract fulfillment as the intermediary,and uses the questionnaire survey to empirically analyze the influence mechanism of proving goal orientation on the tacit knowledge-sharing intention of hotel employees.The results show that proving goal orientation has a significant positive effect on tacit knowledge-sharing intention;Bootleg innovation and psychological contract fulfillment play partial mediating roles between proving goal orientation and tacit knowledge-sharing intention respectively.Bootleg innovation and psychologi⁃cal contract fulfillment have a chain mediating effect between proving goal orientation and tacit knowledge-sharing intention.
