采血护士的积极心理资本与沟通能力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解血站采血护士积极心理资本与沟通能力的相关性及其对采血护士专业护理工作效能的影响。方法依照《积极心理资本问卷》和《献血护士沟通能力评价量表》,利用问卷查询平台“问卷星”对北京地区4家血站(北京市血液中心、通州区中心血站、密云区中心血站、延庆区中心血站)采血护士做线上调查,使用SPSS25.0进行统计学分析。结果308(名)份血站采血护士的积极心理资本平均得分4.78±0.75,4个维度得分(由高到低):“乐观”5.23±1.09、“希望”4.9±0.92、“自我效能”4.57±0.88、“韧性”4.52±0.69(P<0.05);沟通能力平均得分4.46±0.57,6个维度中得分最高与最低的是“团队沟通能力”、“情感支持能力”,分别为4.55±0.58与4.35±0.66(P>0.05)。采血护士积极心理资本得分与其沟通能力得分成正相关(P<0.01);采血护士的学历、职称、所接受培训次数、自我感知的知识储备等,均为影响其积极心理资本与沟通能力的因素。结论积极心理资本影响采血护士沟通能力,采供血机构中的管理者要积极唤醒和促进采血护士主动学习、主动思考、主动进步的内驱力,并且持续开展对采血护士的心理素质与素养教育培训。Objective To analyze the relevant factors affecting the positive psychological capital and communication a⁃bility of phlebotomist in blood stations based on the theory of positive psychology and communication behavior,so as to pro⁃vide reference for the development of professional nursing work in blood stations.Methods According to the Extensive Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Zeng Kai′s Blood Donor Nurses Communication Ability Evaluation Scale,an online survey was conducted by WJX(a platform providing functions e⁃quivalent to Amazon Mechanical Turk)and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS25.0.Results The average score of positive psychological capital among phlebotomists was 4.78±0.75,with four dimensions(from high to low)as optimism 5.23±1.09,hope 4.9±0.92,self⁃efficacy 4.57±0.88 and resilience 4.52±0.69(P<0.05).The highest and lowest scores among the six dimensions were communication ability and emotional support ability,as 4.55±0.58 and 4.35±0.66,respectively(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between positive psychological capital and communication ability of phlebotomists(P<0.01).The academic qualifications,professional titles,training frequency and knowledge of self⁃perception are the fac⁃tors affecting the positive psychological capital and communication ability of phlebotomists..Conclusion Managers in blood collection and supply institutions should encourge phlebotomists to study,think and practice initiatively,and conduct educa⁃tion and training on psychological and professional quality of phlebotomists continuously.
