摘　　要：本文通过对法国高级实践护士的产生背景、定义和职责、培养方案及价值体现等情况进行介绍,结合在法国巴黎西岱大学医学院的学习见闻和我国目前的现状,对我国高级实践护士相关立法、培养规范及临床聘用提出相关建议,即建议我国卫生管理相关部门以出台文件或修订护士条例的形式尽快明确中国内地高级实践护士的定义及其职责范围,委托教育机构建立统一的培养方案进行规范高效地培养,优化高级实践护士的临床聘用从而促进公立医院的高质量发展等,旨在为我国内地建立高级实践护士的相关政策及其培养提供参考。In this article,the generate background,definition and responsibility,training program and value embodiment of advanced practice nurses in France were introduced.Considering the learning experience in Paris CitéUniversity School of Medicine,France and Chinese current domestic status,we offer some suggestions on the legislation,training standard and clinical employment of advanced practice nurse.For example,clarify the definition and scope of responsibilities of advanced practice nurses in China's mainland as soon as possible in the form of issuing documents or revising nurse regulations,entrust educational institutions to establish unified training programs for standardized and efficient training,optimize the clinical employment of advanced practice nurses so as to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.This paper aims to provide reference for the policy and cultivation of advanced practice nurses in China's mainland.
