摘 要:科学评价幼儿园可持续发展动力有利于管理者规划和预测幼儿园发展走向,确保幼儿园的持续发展。经政策梳理、理论梳理、专家咨询和量表施测等几个研究阶段,构建了我国幼儿园可持续发展动力测度指标体系。在此基础上,进一步采用无量纲化和线性加权综合法,对我国31个省份幼儿园可持续发展的动力水平进行测度。研究结果表明,我国幼儿园拥有中等水平的综合发展动力;幼儿园可持续发展虽然具有较强的外部动力水平,但是内部动力仍需加强。为进一步提升我国幼儿园可持续发展动力,建议创新内部治理机制,增强幼儿园自组织力;建立长效培训机制,提升幼儿园教师教育力;合理配置资源,优化幼儿园环境承载力;建立协同治理机制,激活幼儿园综合治理力。Scientific evaluation of the sustainable development of kindergartens is helpful for man⁃agers to plan and predict the future development of kindergartens and ensure their sustainable develop⁃ment.Through the stages of policy combination,theory combination,expert consultation and scale test⁃ing,this study constructed an indicator system for the motivation of sustainable development of kinder⁃gartens.On this basis,it further adopted the calculation method of infinite tempering and linear weight⁃ed synthesis method to measure the motivation of sustainable development of kindergartens in 31 prov⁃inces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)and found that Chinese kindergarten has the middle level of comprehensive development power.Although the sustain⁃able development of kindergartens has a strong external power level,the internal power still needs to be strengthened.To promote the sustainable development of kindergartens in our country,it is suggest⁃ed to innovate the internal governance mechanism,strengthen the self-organization of kindergartens,establish a long-term training mechanism to improve the educational ability of kindergarten teachers,rationaly allocate of resources and optimization of kindergarten environmental carrying capacity,and establish a collaborative governance mechanism to activate the comprehensive governance of kinder⁃gartens.
