摘  要:美国职业教育部门伙伴关系在《劳动力创新与机会法案》支持下,依托行业企业、政府机构、教育机构、社会组织四元利益主体的共同推动,加强了跨部门的协同联动,实现了公私资源的聚集整合,构筑了共商协调的校企合作新样态。优质的部门伙伴关系通过资源交互、供需均衡的共同目标,层级清晰、制度规范的管理架构,企业驱动、社会支持的合作模式,能力本位、标准导向的评估矩阵来实现,并以健全的法律政策规范、合理的资金配置方式、创新的技术援助形式为保障,完成了伙伴关系的模式变革和转型升级。Under the support of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act,the sector partner⁃ship has strengthened cross-departmental collaboration and realized the integration of public and pri⁃vate resources by relying on the joint promotion of four stakeholders:business leaders,workforce devel⁃opment boards,educational institutions,community organizations.Gathering and integration has result⁃ed in a new form of school-enterprise cooperation that is based on joint consultation and coordination.High-quality sector partnership is achieved through the common goal of resource interaction and sup⁃ply-demand balance,a management structure with clear levels and standardized systems,a coopera⁃tion model driven by enterprises and supported by society and a capability-based and standard-orient⁃ed evaluation matrix.Guaranteed by standardized and reasonable fund allocation methods and innova⁃tive technical assistance forms,the model change and transformation and upgrading of partnership has been completed.
