摘  要:随着白酒企业白酒储量日益增大,原始的陶坛储存已不能满足大规模储酒需求,大容量不锈钢储酒罐得到迅速的推广和应用。白酒储存过程中,呼吸阀造成的损耗占总损耗的95%以上。本文从呼吸阀选型、使用维护等方面探索减少呼吸损耗的措施,为白酒企业减少储存损耗提供借鉴和参考。With the increase of liquor reserve of Baijiu enterprises,traditional pottery jars can no longer meet the demand for largescale liquor storage.Therefore,stainless steel tanks with large volume are quickly popularized and applied.Liquor loss caused by breather valve accounts for more than 95%of the total liquor loss during the storage process in stainless steel tanks.This paper explores the measures for reducing liquor loss caused by breather valve from the aspects of the selection,usage and maintenance of the breather valve,so as to provide reference for Baijiu enterprises.
