摘　　要：学术型研究生培养是我国医学人才培养的重要组成部分。当前,我国学术型研究生培养中存在着基础研究与临床应用相脱节、成果转化率低下等问题,制约了复合型医学人才的输出。为此,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科学学科点开展了以临床转化为导向的学术型研究生培养体系改革,在眼科学学术型硕士和博士研究生培养环节中强化转化医学理念、组织多学科导师协作团队、引入交叉研究手段、建立多样化评价体系,解决了眼科学学术型研究生培养中的关键问题,取得了良好成效,实现了人才培养的可持续发展教育。实践表明,上述举措有利于培养符合眼科学学科发展需求的复合型医学人才,切实提升了眼科学学术型研究生的培养质量。Academic postgraduate training is an important part of medical student training in China.At present,there are problems in the training of academic postgraduates,such as the disconnection between basic scientific research and clinical application,and the low rate of achievement transformation,which restricts the output of comprehensive medical students.In order to solve the above problems,the ophthalmology subject point of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine carried out a clinical transformation-oriented training system reform,strengthened the concept of translational medicine in the training of academic masters and doctoral students,organized a multidisciplinary mentor collaborative team,introduced cross-research methods,established a diverse evaluation system.These measures solved the key bottleneck in the cultivation of ophthalmology academic postgraduates,achieved good results,and realized the sustainable development of education for student cultivation.Practice has shown that the above measures are conducive to cultivating compound medical students that meet the development needs of ophthalmology,and effectively improve the training quality of academic graduate students in ophthalmology.
