摘  要:中医师承教育是培养中医卓越人才的重要途径和载体,针对青年教师临床经验浅薄、教学能力不足、学术思维缺陷等问题,构建青年教师个体化精准培养师承模式,以名医名师传承工作站为切入点,从“悟经典、做临床、助教学、研学术”四个方面传承中医理论精髓、提升临床技术专长、增强教育教学本领、强化学术创新能力,并构建科学的传承目标形成性评价方法,不断增强中医师承教育对科研育人、人才培养和临床实践的支撑力度。Apprenticeship Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine is an important way and carrier for cultivating outstanding talents of TCM.Aiming at the problems of young teachers'shallow clinical experience,insufficient teaching ability and academic thinking defects,an individualized and precise apprenticeship education model for young teachers will be constructed.Taking the Inheritance Studio of Eminent TCM Doctors and teachers as the breakthrough point,inheriting the essence of TCM theory,improving clinical technical expertise,enhancing educational and teaching ability,and strengthening academic innovation ability from four aspects of"understanding classics,doing clinical practice,assisting teaching,and researching academic",and constructing a scientific formative evaluation method of inheritance goal.The support of apprenticeship education of TCM to scientific research education,talent cultivation and clinical practice should be continuously enhanced.
