摘  要:实行本科生导师制是推进“双一流”建设,培养具有一定创新精神的应用型专业技术人才的重要举措。文章剖析了现行本科生导师制存在导师资源不足、导师职责不清、缺乏完善的考核和激励机制、导师与学生之间缺乏交流平台等一系列问题,提出了扩充师资队伍、明确导师职责、制定考核标准和激励机制、建立导师与学生学习交流平台等措施,不断完善本科生导师制。本科生导师制的实行不仅能为本科生提供更好的平台,而且也能促进教学相长。The implementation of the mentorship system for undergraduate students is an important initiative to promote the construction of“double first-class”and cultivate professional and technical talents with a certain innovative spirit.This paper firstly analyzes the problems of the current undergraduate mentorship system,which affect the actual implementation effect of the mentorship system,and then analyzes the specific problems and gives solutions.The optimized mentoring system for undergraduates can promote teaching and learning,facilitate mentors to strengthen their self-learning,constantly update and enrich their knowledge system,and continuously improve their own ability and mentoring level.The research results of this paper are expected to provide inspiration and reference for the development of the undergraduate mentoring system.
