摘  要:基于自我肯定理论,分别引入自我推销作为中介变量和职场人际资本化作为结果变量,探讨了自恋对职场人际资本化的影响机制和边界作用。采用问卷收集了305名员工的数据,结果表明,自我推销策略在员工自恋与职场人际资本化之间发挥中介作用;领导排斥增强了员工自恋与自我推销的关系。更进一步,领导排斥增强了员工自恋-自我推销策略-职场人际资本化这一作用机制。Based on the theory of self affirmation,this paper introduces self promotion as an intermediary variable and workplace interpersonal capitalization as an outcome variable,and discusses the influence mechanism and boundary effect of narcissism on workplace interpersonal capitalization.Based on analysis of the data of 305 employees by questionnaire,results show that,employee narcissism have a significant positive impact on workplace interpersonal capitalization.Self-promotion plays a mediating role in the relationship between employee narcissism and workplace interpersonal capitalization.Leader ostracism plays a moderating role in the relationship between employee narcissism and workplace interpersonal capitalization.Leader ostracism further moderates the indirect effect of employee narcissism and workplace interpersonal via self-promotion.
