摘 要:肉类食品中激素残留是肉类食品质量安全检测的重点内容。为保证检测精度,相关部门一直在探讨肉类食品中激素残留的检测技术,从一开始的激素残留提取技术研究到残留检测技术。经过不断探究,我国肉类食品激素残留检测技术已经进入标准化研究时代。当前的检测技术既能够满足不同肉类、不同激素的残留检测,而且高效。本文针对肉类食品中激素残留检测技术进行分析研究,并探讨了未来检测技术的发展趋势,旨在通过研究,促进肉类食品激素残留检测技术进步。The detection of hormone residues in meat food is the key content of meat food quality and safety detection.To ensure detection accuracy,relevant departments have been exploring detection technologies for hormone residues in meat products for many years,from the initial research on hormone residue extraction technology to residue detection technology.After continuous research,the detection technology of hormone residues in meat products in China has entered the era of standardized research.The current detection technology can meet the requirements of residue detection for different meats and hormones,and is efficient.This article analyzes and studies the detection technology of hormone residues in meat products,and explores the development trend of future detection technology,aiming to promote the progress of hormone residue detection technology in meat products through research.
