摘　　要：本科生导师制是全面提高创新人才培养质量的重要制度。实践好本科生导师制,应践行以人为本的精英教育观、全面发展的人才质量观、研究型的教学实践观,体现教育主体的整体性、教育过程的互动性、教育评价的差异性,实现教学主体的内驱动、教学过程的差异式和教学考核的导向性,保证本科生导师制在师生中落地生根。To practice undergraduate tutor system,the concept of people-oriented elite education,the idea of all-round development for talented quality,and the view of research-oriented teaching should be practiced.Based on the integrity of educational subject,the interactive of education process and the difference of educational evaluation,the internal driving of teaching subject,the difference form of teaching process,the orientation pattern of teaching assessment should be emphasized.This will ensure the air plant of undergraduate tutorial system in the school.
